Whilst the content we deliver in The Haven Retreat is largely similar to that of our 21 Day Emotional Freedom program, it’s undeniable that the results achieved on our Retreats are vastly superior. Here’s why…

There are three (3) critical differences between the Haven and our 21 Day Emotional Freedom Program.

    1. Intensity
      If you jog for once a week, in 6 months time your fitness will improve a fraction if at all. If you train 4 times a week, the results after just 2 months will be vastly superior. This is totally logical. And it’s exactly the same with trauma recovery. The more intense the effort, the greater the reward. A 7 day retreat, is (obviously) far more intensive that a 21 day program (which is itself vastly more intense, and productive than an hour call with a therapist once a week).
    2. Face2Face Interaction with expert in divorce
      Whilst the Naked Divorce team are experts in remote communication, there are certain exercises the therapists can do in-person which make a massive difference to the intensity of your transformation.
    3. Location
      Getting out of your normal environment means that you can focus on your healing in a way you cannot do at home. It makes total sense that a vacation will assist in emotional recovery. If you want to reduce stress, and want to gain more happiness you need to escape your normal environment. We choose beautiful locations but often run our retreats on location with our clients too. You can of course extend your stay to 10 days, add in some optional extra excursions, have some breakthroughs integrating your learnings further and make a wonderful solo-vacation out of it!

Your trip is custom-designed based on your specific needs
After an initial assessment, your specific Haven itinerary will be sent through based on your budget, your divorce situation and the outcomes you wish to produce. For the options where accommodation is included, we have several hotels and resorts we work with and we can custom-design your stay at the place which is best for you

We select beautiful and restful locations
For the Haven options where you wish for us to arrange your accommodation for you, we select stunning locations based on your assessment where you and your Divorce Coach can work privately and focus on the breakthroughs you are committed to produce in your life.

Daily Meditation
Each day begins with meditation

Work with your Coach 1-2-1
You work 1-2-1 with your Divorce Coach for 2 hours per day. She has the ability to do specific personalised interventions. The time not spent in therapy is spent engaged in contemplation, exercises, homework and the steps required to powerfully heal from your divorce

You can extend your Haven 7-day Retreat to the Haven 10-day Retreat and include Optional extras which will be organised for you by the Naked Divorce Affiliated Travel Agent

Haven Pricing
The Budget Haven pricing is fixed as only the cost of delivering the retreat is covered with no travel or accommodation costs or optional extras included. The Comfort and Luxury Haven options vary in pricing based on time of the year, packages we have agreed with hotels and on optional extras you wish to include or whether you wish to do the Haven 7 day or to extend to the Haven 10 day Retreat. It’s best to contact us to discuss pricing options. Our team always finds solutions which suit our clients’ budgets.
