An Introductory Mindfulness Self-Inquiry Practice

7:30-9 pm

Singles, Couples, and All Instantiations of Beings Welcome

Join me for one or all of this 3-part series of self-inquiry and connection as we dive into a practice of self-inquiry that leads us deeper into ourselves, our relationships and living in the present moment. Not reliving the past, or anticipating the future.

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.

Session 1 (April 21) – What’s the Desire?
Session 2 (May 5) – What’s the Preference?
Sesson 3 (May 19) – What Would Love Do Now?

  • Discover a deeper sense of yourself and your connection to others and the world
  • Explore beliefs and patterns that keep you from really being present
  • Discover the intimacy of the present moment when you are completely present to the moment.

Through the process of introspection and self-inquiry we will go on some playful explorations that will lighten us up and bring us fully into THIS moment.

You will need a zoom account for this class so please open an account ahead of time.

Time: 7.30 – 9:00 pm
Fee: Complementary

“Forget about enlightenment.
Sit down wherever you are
And listen to the wind singing in your veins.
Feel the love, the longing, and the fear in your bones.
Open your heart to who you are, right now,
Not who you would like to be.
Not the saint you’re striving to become.
But the being right here before you, inside you, around you.
All of you is holy.
You’re already more and less
Than whatever you can know.
Breathe out, touch in, let go.”
