What is Coaching?

Coaching is about where you are now and where you want to be. Clarifying goals, looking at blocks and limiting beliefs, staying motivated, and being accountable will help move you forward towards your goals. Accountability is big part of helping you succeed in creating change. Regularly scheduled appointments help manage the steps needed to make change.  First sessions include an assessment and identifying goals.  Looking at what’s meaningful and what motivates you will help you take important steps towards those goals while developing a plan and outline for future coaching sessions.
